Team of 'legal students' approved
6th March 2011:
The CANUK executive committee has approved the setting up of a
team of 'legal students' under the leadership of the CANUK Legal
Adviser, Remi Nwandu Aiyela LLM. This team will look for ways to
provide legal support to Nigerians who might have suffered
miscarriages of justice. This team will also look into legal issues
that generally affect Nigerians and advise on appropriate
approaches that will benefit the community. Details of this is
being put together by the Legal Adviser. Suggestions on how to make
this more effective are invited from fellow Nigerians and friends
of Nigeria.
Please kindly send your suggestions to: legal@canuk.org.uk
